CONSUMER POLICY
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between LeBeau Studio 24 ("the Studio") and its clients/business ("the Client"). By engaging the services of LeBeau Studio 24, the Client agrees to adhere to the following policies:
1. Copyright and Usage Rights:
  • LeBeau Studio 24 retains full copyright ownership of all photographs or videos produced during any session.
  • The Studio reserves the right to use any and all photographs for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to website display, social media, printed materials, and advertising.
  • Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered digital photographs for personal use, such as printing and sharing with family and friends. Commercial use requires a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
2. Deposits and Payments:
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking greater then $500.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
  • Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in the withholding of rendered goods and/or cancellation of the booking.
3. Editing and Revisions:
  • The Studio will correct any editing errors (e.g., color correction, cropping issues) free of charge.
  • Any additional editing requests beyond the correction of errors, after the final delivery of goods, will incur additional fees. The fee schedule for additional editing will be provided upon request.
  • The studio is not responsible for errors found after 30 days of delivery.
  • No RAWs will be delivered unless discussed prior to the shoot.
4. Photo Stylization:
  • Stylization (e.g., color grading, filters) will be based on pre-shoot examples provided by the Client to the Studio.
  • Clients are encouraged to discuss their preferred stylistic choices 24hrs prior to the session.
  • If a specific style is not chosen by the Client prior to the session, the Studio will select a stylization that best suits the images or video production.
5. Photo Quantity and Delivery:
  • The number of final delivered photographs will vary based on the package selected by the Client or contract terms.
  • The Studio will deliver the agreed-upon quantity of photographs as outlined in the chosen package. Quality of images my vairy based on enviroment, subject distance, lighting, and stylization.
  • No additional photos will be provided outside of the agreement/session package.
  • Digital photos will be delivered via email, messaging platform, online gallery, or USB drive.
6. Client Responsibilities:
  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions.
  • Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings during the session.
  • Clients are expected to cooperate with the Studio's instructions during the session.
  • Clients agrees to not alter or change any photos without authorization from the Studio.
  • Client agress to tag the studio for any and all social media posts when showcasing rendered product(s).
7. Liability:
  • LeBeau Studio 24 is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during a session.
  • In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction or other unforeseen circumstances preventing the completion of a session, the Studio will reschedule the session or offer a refund of the deposit.
  • The Studio is not responsible for print quality from outside print labs.
  • Uppon delivery LeBeau Studio 24 is not responsible to preserve or retain any images after 30 days.
  • Client acknowledges and agrees that some photos inherently involve certain risks. LeBeau Studio 24. LLC. shall not be held liable for any damages, injury, branding, defamation, or loss, that could arise from or related to the work performed. With the acceptation of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of LeBeau Studio 24, LLC. Client assumes all risks associated with the event(s). Client understands that LeBeau Studio 24, LLC. will take all reasonable precautions to prevent damages.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
  • Cancellations by the Client result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least [Specify Timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] prior to the scheduled session. Rescheduling is based on studio availability.
  • LeBeau Studio 24 has the right to cancel ongoing work with a client at any point if the client is going beyond the scope of initial agreement, without a refund.
9. Agreement:
  • By booking a session with LeBeau Studio 24, the Client/Business acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
